Strong & Connected offers emotional strength coaching for teen boys (ages ~10–17) who are struggling with emotions, behavior, relationships, or confidence—and who need support that is firm, respectful, and relational, not punitive or overly clinical.

This coaching is grounded in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), an approach developed by Terry Real that emphasizes accountability, emotional regulation, and healthy connection. Through emotional strength coaching, we focus on fostering self-respect for boys, particularly in the context of teen boys coaching.
